Design solutions for materials for 15 types of plastic packaging

Packaging requirements: used for packaging meat, poultry, and other products, packaging requirements: good barrier, resistance to bone hole destruction, does not break under sterilization conditions, does not crack, does not shrink, has no odor.
Design structure: 1) Transparent type: BOPA/CPP, PET/CPP, PET/BOPA/CPP, BOPA/PVDC/CPP, PET/PVDC/CPP, GL-PET/BOPA/CPP 2) Aluminum foil type: PET/AL/CPP, PA/AL/CPP, PET/PA/AL/CPP, PET/AL/PA/CPP
Design reasons: PET: high thermal resistance, good rigidity, good printability, high strength. PA: high thermal resistance, high strength, flexibility, good barrier, puncture resistance. AL: best barrier, high thermal resistance. CPP: for high thermal resistance, good heat sealing, non-toxic and odorless. PVDC: high thermal resistance barrier material. GL-PET: ceramic vapor coating, good barrier, microwave permeability. Choose the appropriate structure for specific products, transparent bags are mainly used for steaming, AL foil bags can be used for ultra-high temperature steaming.
